Returns & Exchanges

You can return unworn custom apparel within 30 days of receiving your order.

The deadline to request a return or exchange is 30 days from the date your package was delivered by the carrier.

To initiate a return or size exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is finalized.

Return Eligibility

For items to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

Items were bought within 30 days.
Apparel is unworn with original tags.

Items excluded from returns:

Fully custom shirts with bespoke personal names or custom phrases.
Final sale items and mystery gift packs.
Garments showing wear, washing, or makeup stains.
Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these condition requirements.

How to Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Send your package to our return hub:

We recommend using a trackable mail service. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges without physical receipt of the returned items.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift, you will receive a store credit voucher for the equal value once returned.

Otherwise, the refund will automatically be credited back to the gift purchaser's account.
